Thank you for shopping at Rooftree. We believe that you will be pleased with your purchase from Rooftree. We stand by our great products.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, it is easy to return and refund.

Standard Return Policy:

  • You may return the product within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund based upon the original payment method. Any returns after this period will not be accepted.
  • Please be sure to include your original order number and contact our Rooftree Team before shipping your unit back. Exact return addresses will be provided by our Rooftree Team during the return process.
  • If your unit has been used or opened, a restocking fee of 10% will apply.
  • Rooftree does not cover shipping costs for returns.
  • Products and packaging must be returned in new and undamaged condition. Any product(s) showing signs of damage, wear or being soiled in any way will be deemed "unacceptable" and you will not receive any refund.
  • Rooftree is not responsible for items lost or damaged during shipping.
